Caro atleta, Em nome da International Tennis Federation, da Confederação Brasileira de Tênis, da Federação Brasiliense de Tênis e do Comitê Organizador do ITF Sand Series Brasília Classic Decathlon 2023, gostaríamos de agradecer imensamente sua participação no evento.
Todos os esforços estão sendo colocados para fazer desse um evento de sucesso, no qual você é a peça mais importante. Para que tudo ocorra da melhor maneira, apresentamos abaixo algumas informações de seu maior interesse:
LOCAL DOS JOGOS
A casa do ITF Sand Series Brasília Classic Decatlhon 2023 será a Academia Play Tennis, localizada na Arena BRB BSB, complexo que abriga o Estádio Nacional Mané Garrincha. A área do evento contará com mais de 10.000m2, utilizando não só a estrutura fixa da academia com 05 quadras iluminadas, vestiários, salas e restaurante, mas também 03 quadras auxiliares, boulevard monumental, praça de alimentação e a superquadra, nossa quadra central, montados em espaço anexo a Play Tennis.
Além da ampla visibilidade para nosso esporte, beleza e tranquilidade, o local oferece infraestrutura completa, com alimentação, entretenimento e lazer.

ESPAÇOS EXCLUSIVOS
Conforme o croqui acima, para o conforto e privacidade, teremos uma área exclusiva para os atletas profissionais na sede da Play Tennis e também anexa a quadra central do evento, abrigando um Help Desk, fisioterapia e uma pequena área de convivência, além de arquibancada reservada durante todo o evento.
QUADRAS DE TREINO
Teremos quadra de treino/aquecimento disponíveis conforme programação diária do evento.
A reserva de quadra poderá ser solicitada diariamente na Sala de Arbitragem, Help Desk ou no Balcão de Atendimento aos atletas na entrada do evento.
ALIMENTAÇÃO E FACILIDADES
Na arena do ITF Sand Series Brasília Classic Decathlon 2023 contamos com o restaurante Flair, servindo diversas opções de refeições e lanches na sede da Academia Play Tennis, além de outras opções em nossa praça de alimentação e dois bares exclusivos.
No complexo da Arena BRB BSB, contamos com o Mané Mercado, localizado na frente da arena, com outras diversas opções de alimentação.
HOSPEDAGEM

Lembrando que os (08) primeiros cabeças de chave das chaves masculina e feminina tem sua hospedagem custeada pelo torneio de 14 a 18/06.

CREDENCIAMENTO
O credenciamento é obrigatório para todos os atletas amadores, profissionais, staff, arbitragem, além dos patrocinadores e expositores do evento.
Teremos controle de entrada e a credencial oficial do evento dará o acesso a Arena diariamente.
Esta credencial será nominal e intransferível. Caso seja identificado qualquer desvio desta documentação, o acesso do atleta será bloqueado no evento e imediatamente comunicado a ITF para devidas providências.
Nosso credenciamento funcionará no Concierge, localizado na entrada do evento, com a seguinte programação:

ACESSO EQUIPE TÉCNICA
Atletas Profissionais terão direito a (01) acompanhante de comissão técnica ou familiar, sujeito a aprovação previa pelo comitê organizador do evento. A solicitação de acompanhante deverá ser enviada para nosso departamento de Players Relations até o dia 12 de junho, segunda-feira, pelo e-mail: diogo.pedroso@triboomkt.com.br A aprovação do credenciamento será respondida em até 48h. O não envio da solicitação prévia impossibilitará o acesso do acompanhante ao evento.
Todos serão credenciados em nosso concierge na entrada da arena e terão acesso a arena durante todo o evento. Espectadores e acompanhantes que não façam parte da equipe técnica direta do atleta, deverão seguir nossa política de acesso para público, conforme detalhado abaixo.
ACESSO ESPECTADORES
A venda de ingressos para o ITF Sand Series Brasília Classic Decathlon 2023 já começou de forma online por meio do site bilheteriadigital.com.
Existem diversas opções de ingressos, com espaços exclusivos disponibilizados.

SIGN-IN, CHAVES E PLANO DE JOGOS
O Sign-in para a chave de qualifying ocorrerá na terça-feira, 13/06, no Balcão de Atendimento ao Atleta localizado na entrada da arena, ou pelo WhatsApp do Árbitro Geral entre 16h00 e 18h00. A chave e programação de jogos será divulgada em seguida pelo árbitro geral do torneio e estarão disponíveis nos canais oficiais da ITF.
O Sign-in para a chave principal ocorrerá na quarta-feira, 14/06, também no Balcão de Atendimento ao Atleta localizado na entrada da arena, ou pelo WhatsApp do Árbitro Geral entre 16h00 e 18h00. Dear athlete, On behalf of the International Tennis Federation, the Brazilian Tennis Confederation, the Brasiliense Tennis Federation and the Organizing Committee of the ITF Sand Series Brasília Classic Decathlon 2023, we greatly appreciate your participation in the event.
Every effort is being made to make this a successful event, in which you are the most important part. So, to everything flows in the best way, we present below some information of your greatest interest:
TOURNAMENT VENUE
The venue for the ITF Sand Series Brasília Classic Decathlon 2023 will be the Play Tennis Academy, located at the BRB BSB Arena, the complex that houses the Mané Garrincha National Stadium. The event area will have more than 10,000m2, using not only the fixed structure of the academy with 05 lighted courts, locker rooms, rooms and restaurant, but also 03 auxiliary courts, monumental boulevard, food court and the “SUPERCOURT”, our central court, built in space attached to Play Tennis.
In addition to the wide visibility for our sport, beauty and tranquility, the place offers complete infrastructure, with food, entertainment and leisure.

EXCLUSIVE AREAS
As you can check on the layout above, for comfort and privacy, we will offer an exclusive area for professional athletes at the Play Tennis complex and also attached to the central court of the event, housing a Help Desk, physiotherapy and a small living area, in addition to the reserved seats in center court.
TRAINING COURTS
We will have a training/warm-up court available according to the daily schedule of the event.
The court reservation can be requested daily at the Refereeing Room, Help Desk or at the Athletes' Service Desk at the entrance of the event.
FOOD AND FACILITIES
In the arena of the ITF Sand Series Brasília Classic Decathlon 2023 we have the Flair restaurant, serving several options for meals and snacks at the Play Tennis Academy headquarters, in addition to other options in our food court and two exclusive bars.
In the BRB BSB Arena complex, we have Mané Mercado, located in front of the arena, with several other food options.
ACCOMMODATION
Melia Brasil 21, together with Brasil 21 Convention and Brasil 21 Suites welcome you to the modern city of Brasilia, and thank you for your presence at this important event.
We offer a special rate for the ITF Beach Tennis World Tour and hope to extend the satisfaction and quality of service for which we are widely recognized.
Recalling that the (08) first seeded men and women have their hosting paid for by the tournament from 06/14 to 06/18.

ACCREDITATION
Accreditation is mandatory for all amateur and professional athletes, staff, referee, in addition to event sponsors and exhibitors.
We will have entrance control and the event's official credential will give access to the Arena daily.
This credential will be nominal and non-transferable. If any divergence from this documentation is identified, the access of the responsible athlete will be blocked at the event and immediately communicated to the ITF for appropriate measures.
Our accreditation will work at the Concierge, located at the entrance to the event, with the following schedule:

TECHNICAL TEAM ACCESS
Professional Athletes will have the right to have one (01) accompanying person from the technical committee or family member, subject to prior approval by the organizing committee of the event. The request for the accompanying person must be sent to our Players Relations department until June 12th, Monday, by e-mail: diogo.pedroso@triboomkt.com.br. Accreditation approval will be answered within 48 hours. The failure in the sending of this prior request will make it impossible for the accompanying person to access the event.
Everyone will be registered with our concierge at the entrance to the arena and will have access to the arena throughout the event.
Spectators and accompanying person who are not part of the athlete's direct technical team must follow our public access policy, as detailed below.

There are several ticket options, with exclusive spaces available.

SIGN-IN, DRAWS AND SCHEDULE
The Sign-in for the qualifying draw will take place on Tuesday, 06/13, at the Athlete Service Desk located at the entrance to the arena, or via WhatsApp from the General Referee between 16:00 to 18:00. The drawt and schedule of matches will be released later by the referee of the tournament and will be available on the official channels of the ITF.

MIXED DOUBLES
There will be no mixed doubles dispute in this edition of the event.
